The Storm Keeper

There is a Storm Keeper; there has always been one ever since the dawn of the nation Arete. Every generation of the Storm Keeper is responsible for the safety of the worlds, dedicating their life to guarding the veil between the human world and the magical one, weaving the strands of reality together. Well, at least that's what the stories say.

Harmonia Thanatos is a young girl of seventeen, who is to turn eighteen within a couple of months. She is but one of the many students in the Academy, where the descendants of the Blessed train to shield humans from any rogue monsters. All Harmonia wants is to successfully graduate from the Academy once she turns eighteen and an adult; however, there has been a hindrance in her plans that may or may not get her expelled from the Academy altogether—even though she did nothing that she wasn't supposed to do in the first place.

Hector Ilium is the perfect boy—tall, gorgeous, smart—you name it. As the assigned leader of the patrol squad, he is also assigned on a quest that may decide the fate of Arete, which is currently dangling on the edge of a knife. He suspects that there's an ancient force at play, courtesy of the ominous prophecy he heard two years ago.

Anteros Thanatos is the younger brother of Harmonia by fifteen minutes, and he is one of the most loyal people that one will ever meet, despite his tendency to piss off Harmonia when it is obvious that she is not in a good mood. He will tell you that he would like to sit back and relax when in reality all he wants is to go on an adventure of a lifetime.

They say that a storm is coming, yet there seems to be no Storm Keeper keeping the storm away.

There will be chaos, they say.

The world will burn.
